Mrs. Cologne is a graduate of Hahnville High School and received both her Bachelor's Degree in Education and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Nicholls State University. She taught at Lockport Middle School for 8.5 years and was recognized as the 2014-15 Lafourche Parish Middle School Teacher of the Year. Mrs. Cologne was the Instructional Coach at Oaklawn Junior High School in Houma before joining the faculty at Central Lafourche High School in 2017. Mrs. Cologne served as an administrative assistant at Central Lafourche High School before becoming an Assistant Principal. Mrs. Cologne is married to Barry Cologne, Jr. and has two children, Beau and Isla.

Mr. Blanchard is a 2000 graduate of Central Lafourche High School. He received a bachelor's degree in education from Northwestern State University in 2004, a master's degree in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas in 2006, and a master's degree in educational administration from Lamar University in 2016. Mr. Blanchard has taught History in Texas for 11 years and 4 years in Louisiana. He was an Administrative Assistant at Larose Cut Off Middle School for two years before returning to Central Lafourche as Assistant Principal in 2021. Mr. Blanchard is married to Jamie Guillot Blanchard and has two children, Lincoln and Layton. Mr. Blanchard is thrilled to be back at his alma mater to help Central Lafourche thrive.

Mrs. Pierce is a graduate of Central Lafourche High School. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Science from Nicholls State University and a Master’s Degree in Education Leadership from American College of Education. Prior to becoming and administrator at CLHS she taught science at Lockport Middle School and Central Lafourche High School. Mrs. Pierce worked as the Administrative Assistant for CLHS for four years before becoming an Assistant Principal.

Ms. McCorkel brings a wealth of knoledge and experience to our team, holding a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Nicholls State University. Over the past 16 years, Ms. McCorkel has worked as a Math and Social Studies teacher and a Curriculum Specialist in Lafourche Parish. During this time, Ms. McCorkel developed a strong expertise in educational practices and student success leading to her selection as the 2013 Lafourche Parish Teacher of the Year. For the past two years, Ms. McCorkel has serves as an Assistant Principal at H.L. Bourgeois High School where she demonstrated leadership skills and a commitment to fostering a positive school environment. Living and working in the local area for over 20 years, Ms. McCorkel is passionate about building meaningful relationships with the students, faculty, and community. Ms. McCorkel is excited to join the Central Lafourche High School administrator team and looks forward to the positive impact she will continue to make.
